Private Lessons
Private Lesson Information
Lessons and coaching’s are offered as well as pullout lessons are available (if your
school and director support them). Students are auditioned to determine whether
advanced 60 minute lessons are in order to accomplish the material necessary.
Extended lessons may be requested for special purposes such as: college auditions,
IMEA auditions, or contest prep.
Students may receive instruction on topics such as: audition/contest prep, band
music, rhythm, sight reading, transposition, embouchure placement, ear training,
fingering technique, improvisation, scales, arpeggios, chords, equipment choices,
general music history/ theory and much more. Students will be required to obtain
appropriate lesson materials such as: etude books, recordings, and other
supplemental materials or accessories as required.
Lessons are given during the week and weekends; times are scheduled depending on
the schedules both of students and myself.
